How can I return an item?

There are two different ways to make a return:

• In renatta&go stores (except El Corte Inglés)
  Bring the product along with your receipt to one of our stores. It is important that you bring the receipt in order to process the return.
• At home or delivery to a convenience point:
  1. Access this link
  2. Fill out the form indicating your order number and the email address with which you placed the order
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return.
  4. Select the return method; at home, or at a convenience point (depending on the location, one, the other, or both options may be shown)

IMPORTANT!: Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an item that has previously been exchanged.
